As a pet owner on egypet, you can create pet profiles, connect with other pet owners for pet matching, report lost or found pets, browse pet shops and veterinary services, and participate in the community.

You are responsible for the accuracy of information provided about your pets. Misrepresentation of pet information, especially for breeding purposes, is strictly prohibited.

3.2 Pet Shops

Pet shop accounts must represent legitimate businesses. You are responsible for the accuracy of product information, pricing, and availability.

Pet shops must comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding the sale of pet products and services.

egypet reserves the right to remove any products or services that violate our policies or applicable laws.

3.3 Veterinary Clinics

Veterinary accounts must represent licensed veterinary professionals. You must provide accurate information about your qualifications, specializations, and services.

Veterinary advice provided through the platform is for informational purposes only and does not replace in-person veterinary consultation.

Veterinarians are responsible for ensuring that their use of the platform complies with applicable medical and veterinary practice regulations.

4. Content

Our Service allows you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material ("Content"). You are responsible for the Content that you post on or through the Service, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.

5. Pet Matching and Breeding

egypet provides a platform for pet owners to connect for pet matching and breeding purposes. However, we do not guarantee the health, temperament, or genetic quality of any pets.

Users engaging in pet breeding activities must comply with all applicable animal welfare laws and regulations.

egypet does not endorse or encourage irresponsible breeding practices. Users are encouraged to prioritize the health and welfare of their pets above all else.

egypet is not responsible for any agreements, transactions, or interactions that occur between users as a result of pet matching.

6. legal.terms.lost_found

egypet provides a platform for users to report lost pets and found animals. However, we do not guarantee the recovery of lost pets or the successful reunion of found pets with their owners.

Users must provide accurate information when reporting lost or found pets. False reports are strictly prohibited.

egypet is not responsible for verifying the ownership of pets reported as lost or found.

Users are encouraged to also report lost pets to local animal shelters, veterinary clinics, and authorities.

7. Prohibited Uses

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Service:

• In any way that violates any applicable national or international law or regulation.
• For the purpose of exploiting, harming, or attempting to exploit or harm minors in any way.
• To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material, including any "junk mail", "chain letter," "spam," or any other similar solicitation.
• To impersonate or attempt to impersonate the Company, a Company employee, another user, or any other person or entity.
• To promote animal cruelty, illegal breeding practices, or any activities that may harm animals.
• To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Service, or which, as determined by us, may harm the Company or users of the Service or expose them to liability.

Veterinary information provided through the Service is for general informational purposes only and should not be considered a substitute for professional veterinary advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.
